I just tried the 1st 2 links, and received the cannot connect message again
maybe it computer war fare ... lol

I suppose you've already done this, but if not, check max_connections variable.

Sorry to admit, but I had a major problem with clicking ads at the very noon, at 12:00 o'clock today. Couple of times in a row I had the "Cannot Connect" message. You can check my local time here to confront it with yours.

IT is doing it again..con not connect ... boy what ever this little bug is, just doesn't want to go away, and probably not making your day either...
so far it has taken a couple of hours and I am only half way through, tell this bug to go away , your busy ...lol

yes I'm still getting that message too fairly frequesntly
plus with many of the links I need to click on several times to get them to work
