Cannot Connect - that it means?

Today we purchased extra RAM for our servers which should fix the problem. The current RAM capacity is too low due to high popularity of our site. We hope this will be fixed by tonight.

UPDATE 14:56 Purchases & Payments are delayed until we fix this issue. Our server company is working hard to optimize everything. We cannot proceed purchases & payments right now since the many errors we are also getting. We hope everything is fixed today!

UPDATE: Seems a bit harder than first thought, we are renewing our database structure and have 2 people working on it.

We have our coder and server admin working on it, but the problem is much bigger than expected.

We will make payments for the past 5 days this evening. Last deadline to fix this DB issue is monday.

This appears to be much better in the past 12 hours.

Part one of the fixing has been done, we updated and restructured our script.

Now we need to work on our database. The site will be unavailable for about 30 minutes but I will announce a message when it will happen.
